Job summary

Towne Park is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality, parking and valet services to guests arriving or departing. The role requires a friendly, proactive approach and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.

You will greet guests, assist with luggage, manage ticketing and provide local information. A valid driver’s license and basic math skills are essential for day-to-day operations and cash handling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• 1 month of related experience or training.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, memos.
• Ability to perform basic math with dollars and time.
• Understanding 24-hour and military time.
• Manual transmission experience is desirable.
• Ability to parallel park.

Responsibilities
