Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate at our Austin-area location to deliver exceptional hospitality, parking and luggage assistance, and safe vehicle handling.

You will greet guests, manage vehicle keys and ticketing, answer inquiries, and help travelers with directions and facility amenities. Prior customer service experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to greet guests and handle inquiries professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality services to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles and assist with luggage as needed.
• Explain parking rates and procedures and manage tickets and keys.
