Job summary

The role requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to read and communicate in English. Shifts may include weekends; benefits and 401k are available depending on classification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work.
• One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Park and retrieve vehicles and assist guests with luggage as needed.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and inquiries.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests; process tickets and revenue as needed.
