Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate for our Towne Towne location. The role involves delivering exceptional hospitality, parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely, and assisting guests with luggage during arrival and departure. Full-time shifts run 8:30am–5pm.

Quotidian duties include explaining rates, handling tickets and keys, and providing information about local amenities. Requires HS diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license; 1 month related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 1 month related experience or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of customer and personal services principles.
• Ability to read and write standard English.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to present information clearly one-on-one and in small groups.
• Basic math and money handling skills.
• Ability to understand 24-hour and military time systems.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional guest service to customers.
• Assist guests with luggage delivery and pickup when applicable.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests.
• Handle ticket information, keys, and claim checks accurately.
• Assist with directions, taxis, reservations, and area amenities.
• Support bell services and luggage storage as needed.
