Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver outstanding hospitality for guests arriving and departing. You will park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and ensure safety and efficiency while maintaining a friendly demeanor.

Open availability is required, including AM/PM and overnight shifts. This part-time role offers interaction with guests and opportunities to contribute to a positive guest experience in a dynamic parking and hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license needed for local driving within state lines.
• One month related experience or training preferred.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
• Ability to read, write and understand English; basic arithmetic for payments.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, professional service.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and assist with luggage as needed.
• Explain parking rates and document ticket and revenue details.
• Assist guests with directions and local information.
• Maintain a pleasant, cooperative demeanor with guests and staff.
