Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Hotel Concierge/Guest Services team member for the Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center, a Benchmark Hospitality property in Westlake, Texas. This on-site role is full-time with a 2nd shift schedule, paying $18 per hour.

You will welcome guests, assist with luggage, provide hotel tours, and support shuttle and valet services for a premium on-site experience. Eligible for benefits including medical insurance, 401k matching, and career development

Qualifications

• Previous guest or customer service experience preferred.
• Texas Driver’s License with good driving record required.
• Must be over 21 years old for vehicle driving insurance purposes.

Responsibilities

• Act at the first and last impression for guests arriving and departing our hotel.
• Greet guests as they arrive, unload luggage, and hand out hotel room keys and name badges.
• Provide a hotel tour to new guests explaining the various services and restaurants available at the hotel.
• Provide valet parking services to guests.
• Deliver items to guest rooms such as packages and laundry.
• Collect luggage and distribute on busy check out days.
• Drive company shuttle on various errands for guests.
