Responsibilities

• Greet and assist event attendees with a welcoming, helpful attitude.
• Assist with event setup and signage as needed.
• Monitor venues for cleanliness and policy compliance.
• Answer questions about the event, facilities, and amenities.
• Direct guests to seating, restrooms, concessions, and exits.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Coordinate with staff and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Support crowd management to maintain safety and enjoyment.
