BEST Crowd Management in Madison, WI is seeking a friendly Guest Services Staff member to support University of Wisconsin - Madison events. You will warmly welcome attendees, provide information, and assist with event operations.

This part-time position requires excellent communication, reliability, and flexibility to work evenings or weekends. Previous customer service experience is helpful, and training will be provided to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
