• HVAC certification.
• CPO certification or willingness to obtain is desirable.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Manager in planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling maintenance ops.
• Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping on maintenance issues.
• Ensure preventive maintenance is followed in units and building systems.
• Assist other maintenance technicians as needed.
