Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to add, subtract, and audit accounts.
• Accurately handle money and follow established procedures.
• Operate reservation and gaming computer systems and read computer screens.
• Type accurately on a computer keyboard.
• Possess knowledge of credit card transactions using electronic draft system.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities of the front desk in the supervisor's absence.
• Operate LMS and ARMS to make reservations for customers.
• Work with Marketing on special event reservations.
• Greet hotel guests and perform check-in and check-out procedures.
• Communicate with team members, guests, and management.
• Assist Marketing and Player Departments with reservations for events, tournaments, and parties.
• Assist Food & Beverage with reservations for outlets.
• Provide accurate information regarding the property, events, and promotions.
• Respond to emergency calls according to established protocol.
• Check guests into and out of the hotel and ensure billing accuracy.
