Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor at our Michigan City property. You will coordinate day-to-day front desk activities, operate the LMS reservation system and ARMS for guest bookings, and greet guests during check-in and check-out to ensure exceptional service.

Work with Marketing on special event reservations and with Executive Hosts to support hotel stays. You will need strong communications and billing accuracy to provide a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to add, subtract, and audit accounts.
• Ability to handle money accurately and follow procedures.
• Operate reservation and gaming computer systems.

Responsabilités

• Greet hotel guests and perform check-in/check-out procedures.
• Coordinate day-to-day front desk activities in supervisor's absence.
• Make reservations for customers using LMS and ARMS; assist with special events.
