Hyatt House LA – University Medical Center, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is hiring a Guest Services Supervisor to lead the front desk team and greet guests with warmth and professionalism. You will train, coach, and motivate Front Desk Agents, coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance, manage check-in and guest requests, and uphold brand standards to deliver exceptional experiences across shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel Bell Attendant or Supervisor is a plus.
• Hospitality industry experience is required.
• Ability to remain calm and provide direction at all times.
• Ability to work in a team environment is a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead front desk operations during assigned shifts and set the example for guest service.
• Train, coach, and motivate Front Desk Agents to ensure service excellence.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Assist with check-in, VIP arrivals, and special requests, maintaining brand standards.
