Qualifications

• Minimum two years of hotel front office experience.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with scheduling, reporting, and operational administration preferred.
• Excellent guest service, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and ensure accurate information.
• Lead front office operations to deliver efficient service.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when assigned.
• Oversee daily front desk activities and scheduling.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Sales, and other departments.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle escalations.
• Review reports and ensure accuracy and compliance.
