Responsibilities

• Train and direct front desk team members.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints.
• Facilitate guest check-in and departure procedures.
• Handle cash transactions accurately.
• Answer inquiries from potential guests.
• Maintain good customer relations.
• Operate PBX equipment.
• Control cash transactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
