Responsibilities include maintaining knowledge of hotel features, handling guest complaints, and assisting staff. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a high school diploma. Bilingual candidates are preferred, promoting an excellent guest experience.

Competenze

• Minimum one year experience in a similar position. Prior supervisory experience a plus.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers.
• High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred.
