Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring for a Guest Services Supervisor at the DoubleTree by Hilton New York Downtown. You will lead the Guest Services team, create memorable first impressions, and oversee luggage handling and guest assistance throughout the stay.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of front office or hospitality supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and a customer‑centred approach. This role requires flexibility across shifts and a commitment to service excellence.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years' progressive front office or hospitality management experience with supervisory background.
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with guests and leadership.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily front office operations and labor for shifts with proper breaks.
• Enforce cash handling controls and audits to ensure compliance.
• Maintain house bank custody and handle financial procedures.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering for VIP arrivals and room readiness.
• Lead lobby maintenance to brand standards.
