Palette Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Agent at the DoubleTree by Hilton New York – LaGuardia Airport. You will warmly welcome guests, manage check-in and check-out, and collaborate with the Front Office team to deliver consistent, high‑quality service from arrival to departure.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a professional demeanor under pressure.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience, hotel experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A warm, professional demeanor and the ability to stay composed under pressure.
• Comfort working with hotel systems (OnQ experience a plus)

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out with accuracy.
• Handle reservations, verify rates, and update availability.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and front desk records.
• Coordinate with the Front Office team to ensure guest satisfaction.
