Qualifications

• Previous hotel Bell Attendant or Supervisor experience is a plus.
• Hospitality industry experience is required.
• Ability to stay calm and provide direction at all times.
• Ability to solve problems when they arise.
• Ability to work in a team environment and be helpful.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and set a memorable first impression.
• Escort guests to check-in and to their rooms, explaining amenities.
• Assist with unloading luggage and guide guests through the front desk process.
• Train and mentor bell attendants to deliver exceptional service.
• Collaborate with management for events affecting arrivals and departures.
