Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising the daily operation of the Front Desk.
• Supervise and ensure high level of guest service at the desk and bell station.
• Resolve guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ensure completion of the daily tasks by the Front Desk staff.
• Supervise and maintain procedures for monies, guest security, and emergency situations.
• Gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility, and uses teamwork when providing guest service.
