Job summary

The Orbit One Vacation Villas in Orlando, FL is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead the guest services team. You will manage check-ins/outs, process payments, assign rooms, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure smooth operations.

This full-time hourly role requires hosting guests, handling inquiries, and maintaining professional standards. You will oversee phone calls, guest communications, and ensure accuracy in billing while supporting the Sr Manager and ensuring safety compliance

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate front desk software and manage guest records accurately.
• Experience in hospitality-related front office duties is preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, manage check-ins/outs, and issue room keys.
• Verify payments, adjust room status, and coordinate with housekeeping.
• Answer calls, respond to requests, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle billing, express check-outs, and report safety issues to management.
