Responsibilities

• Greet guests/owners and assist with luggage on arrival and departure.
• Meet and exceed guest/owner expectations with excellent service.
• Deliver amenities, messages, dry cleaning, invitations and newspapers to rooms.
• Conduct show room tours as directed.
• Maintain clean and orderly lobby.
• Maintain resort vehicles (fuel, wash, clean interior).
• Operate company vehicles in compliance with state laws and resort policy.
• Communicate effectively with guests, supervisors and staff.
• Stay informed on emergency procedures and location of equipment.
