Job summary

Brasada Ranch is seeking a dedicated Houseperson Attendant to join our housekeeping team on site in Central Oregon. You will ensure guest spaces remain clean and comfortable, including cabins, suites, and outdoor areas, while delivering exceptional service to guests and owners.

Candidates should have housekeeping and customer service experience, be highly organized, and able to work independently with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping and customer service is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Reliable transportation to and from work and scheduling flexibility are required.
• Proven customer service skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to walk/stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of cabins, suites, and bungalows.
• Make beds and replenish towels.
• Clean exterior of accommodations (windows, patio, BBQ).
• Manage trash and recycling as required.
• Respond to guests' special requests and assist as needed.
• Organize storage closets and distribute linens.
• Perform guest room cleans when needed; report maintenance issues.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and homeowners.
• Follow instructions and work with team to ensure quality and timely task completion.
