Job summary

Ice in Paradise in Goleta, CA is seeking a Guest Services Team Member to be the first point of contact for visitors, delivering friendly, information-rich service and handling payments for leagues, camps, and events.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required, with the role offering a fast-paced environment and opportunities for growth within the Sports Facilities Management family.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must deliver friendly, first-in-class service to all guests.
• Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stay calm in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide information and wayfinding as needed.
• Register guests and process payments for leagues, camps, clinics, drop-in, etc.
• Be knowledgeable about facility programs and pricing.
• Operate multi-line phones and record waivers and event information.
• Record event scores and print game sheets daily.
• Enforce venue policies and escalate concerns to management.
