Job summary

Five Iron Golf Cleveland LLC is seeking morning/afternoon Golf Attendants to deliver exceptional hospitality at our bars, simulators, and dining areas. You will greet guests, explain gameplay data, upsell offerings, and maintain a friendly, efficient environment.

This part-time, hourly role emphasizes teamwork and customer care, with opportunities to learn golf technology and provide memorable guest experiences while earning $15 per hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• Golf, server, and/or hospitality experience encouraged but NOT required.
• Upbeat energy and enthusiasm.
• Positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with a team.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to obtain proper licensing and certifications for the location.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to guests at the bar and simulators.
• Check in with guests and address concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Learn golf simulators to guide gameplay and explain data outputs.
• Organize equipment storage and perform basic simulator maintenance.
• Know products and services to confidently upsell offerings.
• Provide informative tours of the facility.
• Follow Five Iron standards for guest engagement and scripts.
• Present menus, answer questions, and upsell beverages and food.
• Use POS to enter orders and process payments.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Keep simulators and surrounding areas clean and guest-ready.
• Follow health/safety regulations and verify drinking age.
