Job summary

Coborn’s, Inc. is seeking a Guest Services Representative to join our front-end team. The role focuses on delivering remarkable guest service at the Guest Service Counter, offering convenient services such as money orders, Western Union, and more.

You will support cashiering and various store operations to ensure a smooth guest experience. The position requires a proactive, friendly attitude and the ability to handle transactions, troubleshoot issues, and back up the team as needed.

Qualifications

• Provide remarkable guest service at the front-end and guest service counter.
• Assist with cashiering, transaction reversals, and other unique transactions.
• Maintain accuracy and troubleshoot pricing or equipment issues as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a Say Yes to the Guest attitude and deliver exceptional service.
• Perform front-end functions including cashiering, bagging, and using pay/money order machines.
• Assist guests with returns, exchanges, and coupon refunds; support other store areas as needed.
• Conduct cashier accuracy audits and report issues to management.
• Provide backup to Guest Service Manager in their absence.
