Coborn's, Inc. is seeking a Guest Services Representative to deliver remarkable service at the front-end, handling cashiering, returns, and special transactions with accuracy and courtesy.

You'll support the Guest Service Manager, assist with money orders, Western Union, and other store services while maintaining a positive Say Yes to the Guest attitude in a dynamic, employee-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering courteous guest service and handling front-end tasks.
• Ability to perform cashier functions and basic troubleshooting.
• Comfort with store services (money orders, Western Union, postal) and returns.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a Say Yes to the Guest attitude with remarkable service.
• Perform front-end duties including cashiering, bagging, and transaction handling.
• Assist guests with returns, price adjustments, and exchanges; audit cashier accuracy.
• Provide backup to front-end team and to Guest Service Manager when needed.
