Qualifications

• Demonstrated accuracy in cash handling and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a Say Yes to the Guest attitude with remarkable service.
• Perform front-end duties: cashiering, bagging, money orders, electronic payments, postal tasks, and related transactions.
• Assist guests with returns, price adjustments, and service issues.
• Conduct cashier accuracy audits; identify issues and inform management.
• Provide backup to Guest Service Manager and other store teams as needed.
