Qualifications

• Front-end and cashiering duties at a retail counter.
• Ability to assist guests and handle returns or exchanges.
• Strong communication and teamwork to support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a Say Yes to the Guest attitude with remarkable service.
• Perform cashiering, bagging, and operate money order and postal equipment.
• Assist guests with returns, overcharges, and coupon refunds.
• Conduct cashier accuracy checks and report issues to management.
• Provide backup support in Guest Services, cashiering, and pricing tasks.
• Support the Guest Service Manager in their absence.
