Job summary

Coborn’s, Inc. is hiring a friendly Guest Services Representative at the Guest Service Counter in Minnesota. You will provide remarkable guest service and handle cashiering, Money Orders, Western Union, and other store services to support the front end and overall store operations.

The role requires accuracy in transactions, returns, coupons, and exchanges, with opportunities for growth within our employee-owned company and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or retail preferred.
• Ability to perform cashiering, returns, coupon refunds and exchanges.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transactions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a Say Yes to the Guest attitude and provide remarkable service.
• Perform front-end duties including cashiering, bagging, and operating money order and postal machines.
• Assist guests with returns, overcharges, and overrings; conduct cashier accuracy audits.
• Provide backup in Guest Services, cashiering, and other areas as needed.
• Support Guest Service Manager in their absence.
