Coborn’s in Minnesota is seeking a Guest Services Representative to support the front-end, cashiering, and guest services at the Coborn’s Guest Service Counter. You will handle money orders, Western Union, returns, coupon refunds, and other transactions, while upholding Coborn’s high standards and providing standout guest service. Qualifications

• Front-end cashiering and guest service duties required.
• Experience with money orders, electronic payments, and postal equipment is a plus.
• Ability to perform audits and assist with price checks and problem resolution.
• Willing to provide backup to management and other store tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive 'Say Yes to the Guest' attitude.
• Operate front-end functions including cashiering, bagging, money order machines, and Western Union.
• Assist guests with returns, overcharges, and coupon refunds.
• Conduct cashier accuracy audits.
• Provide backup to Guest Service Manager in absence.
