WaterWalk Hospitality is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative to join its team in Morrisville, NC. You will manage front desk operations, assist guests and live-in residents, and coordinate with AppFolio for LIVE units.

The role requires weekend/evening availability, strong customer service, and a commitment to WaterWalk’s YES culture. You will ensure accurate registrations, upsell opportunities, and seamless daily operations across STAY and LIVE experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of front desk, property management, or customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome and deliver prompt, courteous service to guests and residents.
• Manage check-in/check-out, registrations, and payment processing accurately.
• Coordinate with AppFolio for LIVE units and maintain up-to-date guest profiles.
• Follow Wyndham Rewards enrollment standards and meet enrollment goals.
• Maintain front desk area, communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and leadership.
• Support STAY and LIVE guests with tailored service and issue resolution.
• Handle cash and card transactions securely and adhere to policy.
• Perform light laundry duties and keep storage areas organized.
