Job summary

WaterWalk Hospitality in Morrisville, NC is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative to deliver proactive, welcoming, and efficient service at the front desk. You will handle check-ins/outs, guest inquiries, and coordinate LIVE units using AppFolio.

This role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and a positive attitude aligned with WaterWalk’s YES culture. Weekend/evening availability is needed based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of front desk, property management, or customer service experience; hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in property management systems (AppFolio, Opera, or similar).
• Energetic, honest, ethical, and solutions oriented.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome to all guests and residents, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
• Manage front desk operations including check-in/check-out, guest inquiries, and payments.
• Coordinate AppFolio communications for LIVE units and maintain accurate records.
• Support STAY and LIVE guests with tailored service experiences.
