Job summary

ESA Management, LLC seeks a Guest Services Representative to welcome guests, handle check-in/check-out, and process payments in a fast-paced hotel environment near the Indianapolis Airport.

You will maintain front desk areas, assist with breakfast setup, and support housekeeping cross-training. Excellent English communication and PMS proficiency are required to deliver a superior guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must communicate in English proficiently with guests, associates and vendors.
• Proficient operation of the property management system; handle shift reports and audits.
• Understand and follow safety rules and operating procedures; review manual instructions.
• Complete routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic in all units of measure.
• Apply good judgment at all times.
• Resolve guest issues through the Make it Right process.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and reservations.
• Answer phones and manage front desk communications.
• Collect payments and manage cash, credit cards, and city ledger balances.
• Prepare front desk daily paperwork and maintain security procedures.
• Maintain breakfast display and front desk/lobby areas in order.
• Contribute to housekeeping/laundry cross-training as needed.
• Identify sales opportunities and promote ESA to inquiries.
