Reside is seeking a Front Desk Agent for The Heid Lofts by Reside in Philadelphia, PA. You will deliver attentive, courteous service during check-in, stay, and checkout, ensuring accurate guest billing and smooth operations in a fast-paced hotel-like setting.

The role requires strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills, with flexibility for various shifts, including overnights. Prior front desk experience is preferred and a professional appearance is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality coursework preferred.
• 1+ year experience in hotel front office or related field preferred (overnight auditing a plus).
• Computer proficiency; experience with front office or property management systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet, welcome, and assist guests during stay.
• Handle check-ins, checkouts, and reservation processes accurately.
• Reconcile transactions and audit daily reports for accuracy.
• Review and compile management reports, guest billings, and ledger transactions.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and maintain front desk systems.
