Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a Front Desk/Guest Services associate to check in/out hotel guests courteously and efficiently, process payments per four-star standards, and provide information to guests and visitors.

You will work as part of the Front Office team to insure a seamless guest experience, maintain knowledge of all hotel features, room types, rates, and promotions, and support daily house counts and arrivals/departures.
