Job summary

Shaner Hotels is seeking a hotel housekeeping team member for the Hampton Inn Hershey Near the Park. You will clean public areas, support guest requests, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met across shifts.

This role requires reliable scheduling flexibility, and the ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members. Prior hotel cleaning experience is preferred, with a focus on quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year cleaning experience.
• Previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Clean hotel public areas as assigned, ensuring the hotel's established standards of cleanliness.
• Report maintenance deficiencies and handle guest requests or complaints.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of all guest rooms.
