Courtyard by Marriott Wichita at Old Town is seeking a friendly, professional Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. You will check guests in/out, handle requests, and promote Marriott Bonvoy while ensuring a smooth stay in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn hotel systems.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide personalized service.
• Check guests in and out accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to guest requests, concerns, and complaints with follow-up.
• Provide information on hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining.
• Handle phone calls, inquiries, and reservation requests.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
• Assist with guest deliveries and special requests.
• Maintain a clean and professional front desk and lobby area.
• Promote Marriott Bonvoy membership and guest satisfaction initiatives.
