Job summary

Coury Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent for The Ricardo Marriott DFW Westlake in Westlake, TX. You will warmly welcome guests, register and check out, and promote hotel services and local attractions.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience and strong English communication, able to handle guest needs in a fast-paced setting. Reports to Front Office Manager in a non-exempt, full-time role.

Qualifications

• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Experience delivering guest services in hospitality preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
• Provide accurate information on hotel services and local attractions.
• Process registrations, payments and housekeeping requests.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities and promotions.
• Coordinate with front desk and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
