Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete established check-in procedures daily.
• Process check-out and close guest accounts in the system.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Respond to reservations and inquiries with accurate hotel rates and information.
• Upsell room nights and services to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Operate PBX, route calls, and provide wake-up services.
• Maintain positive guest relations with timely, knowledgeable responses.
