Job summary

Holiday Inn Express and Suites is seeking a Front Desk Agent for full-time or part-time hours in Mokena, IL. You will greet guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness and a smooth guest experience.

The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, can multitask, and maintain professionalism while lifting up to 30 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred customer service experience.
• Preferred experience in the hotel industry.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours (ADA accommodations available).
• Weekend availability.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem solving skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a positive, friendly manner.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs.
• Process payments and billing.
• Maintain front desk and lobby cleanliness.
