Job summary

The Mayo Civic Center, operated by ASM Global, is seeking a part-time Guest Services Representative to support guest experiences during events. Responsibilities include greeting guests, scanning tickets, directing guests, and staffing the Guest Relations Desk.

This non-exempt position requires strong communication and teamwork, with flexibility for weekends, holidays, and evenings to uphold a positive public image and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for 4-6 hour shifts.
• Strong communication and guest interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests enthusiastically and provide event information.
• Scan tickets and direct guests to seats or facilities.
• Escort guests and staff the Guest Relations Desk as needed.
• Enforce facility policies and escalate issues to supervisors when required.
• Respond to emergencies with Security or Supervisors as appropriate.
• Maintain clean work area and accurate records of entries.
