Job summary

Mayo Civic Center is seeking a part-time Ticket Seller to handle box office transactions, Will Call, and guest services during events. You will balance daily sales and manage cash while delivering excellent customer service at the venue.

Responsibilities include processing single ticket sales, assisting with group sales, answering inquiries by phone or email, and ensuring accurate reporting and reconciliation at shift end.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a credit and background screening.
• Must be able to work various nights and weekends.
• Experience with cash handling and basic computer use preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process single ticket sales at the box office and assist with group sales when requested.
• Balance all transactions for the date of service and complete required reports.
• Open cash and all monies received during daily sales and maintain a daily audit of events.
