Job summary

Radisson Blu Fargo is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative to be the first and last impression for guests at the front desk in Fargo, ND. You will manage check-in/check-out, register guests, and assist with reservations while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

This part-time role requires excellent English, cash handling skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as the hotel operates around the clock. Benefits include PTO accrual and hotel discounts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience with front desk operations and guest services.
• Proficient in English; additional languages helpful.
• Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Strong cash handling and POS knowledge.
• Valid driver's license may be required for insurance purposes.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at arrival.
• Book and register guests, verify reservations and payment.
• Answer calls and route messages accurately.
• Promote loyalty program and recognize members.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly.
• Resolve guest complaints, escalate when needed.
• Manage cash drawer and transactions during shift.
• Maintain records of cash flows and reservations.
• Handle mail and electronic communications; inform about facilities and attractions.
• Restock market inventory; manage facilities information.
• Protect guest records with integrity.
• Support 24/7 operations; weekend availability.
