Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean all assigned guest rooms and public areas, including linens and laundry sorting.
• Replace towels and scrub bathrooms to ensure cleanliness.
• Open windows to refresh rooms for guest comfort.
• Vacuum carpets and remove trash from rooms, hallways, and public areas.
• Report maintenance issues to the maintenance team.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Keep master and room keys secure and properly handled.
• Restock and organize carts and storage at end of shift.
• Empty vacuums daily and dispose of trash in the outside dumpster.
• Report safety or security hazards to management.
