Western Camps, Inc. is seeking a Guest Services Representative at Wonder Valley Ranch Resort, located near Sanger, California. You will be the first point of contact, delivering a warm, welcoming, and seamless experience for guests during check-in, reservations, and daily inquiries.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize time and multitask efficiently.
• Must be able to work evenings/nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn other programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-quality guest services and hospitality.
• Make resort and horseback riding reservations.
• Manage mail/packages and answer multi-line phone.
• Handle guest check-in/check-out and cash register.
• Provide administrative support and assist with housekeeping requests.
• Balance cash and maintain lobby appearance.
