Job summary

Western Camps, Inc. in the Wonder Valley Ranch Resort area near Sanger, CA is seeking a friendly Front Desk Guest Services representative. You’ll be the first contact for guests, delivering a warm, efficient welcome and guiding visits with care.

This part-time role offers up to 30 hours weekly, with shifts including evenings and weekends. You’ll handle reservations, guest inquiries, check-ins/outs, mail, and phone coverage while maintaining a professional, welcoming lobby.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to organize time and multitask efficiently.
• Must have a good attitude and be a team player.
• Must work evenings/nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to learn other programs.

Responsibilities

• Display top quality guest services.
• Take resort reservations.
• Take horseback riding reservations.
• Manage all incoming and outgoing mail/packages.
• Answer multi-line phone system.
• Respond to or transfer client emails when appropriate.
• Transfer calls to each office, department, and individuals effectively.
• Ensure front office and lobby area look professional and welcoming.
• Request housekeeping or maintenance attention when required.
• Assist guests with gift shop transactions.
• Guest check-in/check-out procedures and records.
• Balance bank register and handle cash register transactions.
• Administrative Support.
• Other duties as assigned.
