Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking a Guest Services Specialist at Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater, FL. This part-time role focuses on delivering world-class hospitality, serving as the liaison to hospital services, and supporting a positive guest experience in a fast-paced medical environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service, can handle high-stress situations, and will complete OLC training within 12 months.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated team-player with 1-year of demonstrable success in a high stress, fast-paced work environment.
• Must successfully complete OLC training modules as assigned within 12 months.
• Required Experience is 1 year Related field and 2 years Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Delivering world class customer service and functions as the guests’ liaison to all services within the designated BayCare Health System’s hospital and the surrounding community.
• Must possess advanced computer skills.
• Will become proficient in all the following, as required: reception, registration and check-in, visitor management, waiting room management, document management, environment of care and emergency response.

TheGuest Services Specialistis responsible for the following:

• Delivering world class customer service and functions as the guests’ liaison to all services within the designated BayCare Health System’s hospital and the surrounding community
• Must possess advanced computer skills
• Will become proficient in all the following, as required: reception, registration and check-in, visitor management, waiting room management, document management, environment of care and emergency response.

This role is hospitality-focused and critical to support a positive experience for each guest.

Required specific skills include:
