Job summary

BayCare Health System in St Joseph's North Hospital is seeking a Guest Services Specialist to deliver world-class customer service and serve as liaison to hospital services. This hospitality-focused role supports a positive guest experience and requires advanced computer skills.

The position is full time with shift hours 5:15 AM to 1:45 PM, weekend occasional. Requires HS diploma and 1 year in related field plus 2 years in customer service; OLC training within 12 months.

The Guest Services Specialist Is Responsible For The Following

• Delivering world class customer service and functions as the guests’ liaison to all services within the designated BayCare Health System’s hospital and the surrounding community
• Must possess advanced computer skills
• Will become proficient in all the following, as required: reception, registration and check-in, visitor management, waiting room management, document management, environment of care and emergency response.

This role is hospitality-focused and critical to support a positive experience for each guest.

Required

• self-motivated team-player with 1-year of demonstrable success in a high stress, fast-paced work environment.
• Must successfully complete OLC training modules as assigned within 12 months.
• Required Experience is 1 year Related field and 2 years Customer Service.
