**Title:** **Guest Services Specialist**

**Facility:** **Morton Plant Hospital**

**The** **Guest Services Specialist** **is responsible for the following:**

+ **Delivering world class customer service and functions as the guests’ liaison to all services within the designated BayCare Health System’s hospital and the surrounding community**

+ **Must possess advanced computer skills**

+ **Will become proficient in all the following, as required: reception, registration and check-in, visitor management, waiting room management, document management, environment of care and emergency response.**

**This role is hospitality-focused and critical to support a positive experience for each guest.**

**Required specific skills include:**

+ **self-motivated team-player with 1-year of demonstrable success in a high stress, fast-paced work environment.**

+ **Must successfully complete OLC training modules as assigned within 12 months.**

+ **Required Experience is 1 year Related field and 2 years Customer Service.**
