Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise store operations and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, able to assist managers with tasks, and ensure facilities are well-maintained and running smoothly.

Pay starts between $14.20 and $21.10 per hour, with benefits including medical, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and a flexible schedule. Weekly pay is provided and the role requires a background check.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations.
• Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
• Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
• Background check is required
